I just found out via being unable to sleep and so reading the MBMBaM Wiki, that the seller of Bumbum listened to this episode and found it really funny and said hi to Justin in the description of another doll they sold.

Travis's abject genuine terror at Bumbum coming to Cincinnati is even more haunting now that know Bumbum was lost in the mail before the live show. No one knows where Bumbum is now... but if he's in Cincinnati, there is a non-zero chance that Travis could run across Bumbum somewhere in his town and then all three brothers would suddenly believe in ghosts for realzies.
