Few thoughts that didn't make it onto this vid, if your ex bar spills too far over half, its worth holding onto a full E Burst for 2nd life, the non-tech activation is that strong. However the skill required to not be hit and maximize the boost refill means for weaker players its generally better to just tech immediately.

Ah, yes, E burst... because playing Melee suits wasn't already an up hill battle.

Almost nothing. It also let's you step diagonally but that's very niche and borderline useless. EDIT: Pretty sure E burst has better boost efficiency than F burst but slower boost recovery, so the other advantage E has over F would be that your boost will last longer.
