I'll give you my example. week back my family was gone to native place so I decided to try all kind of beers everyday(2 beer/day). tried almost all I could find in my local liquor shop. Taste wise I prefer Budweiser premium (mild one) if you plan on getting buzzed then go for magnum. Now believe me I gained 2KG in just 5 days. so as a Diabetic person (i'm not diabetic) Gaining weight is going to do more harm. so drink in moderation I'll say like 2 beer on weekend with friends. As someone in 30s I drink to enjoy the taste and feel of the liquor rather than trying to get hammered to forget pains of my life. 😂 hope this helps you in some way brother.

Regular kingfisher does not use sugar. Kingfisher strong might contain sugar for higher alcohol % in fermentation.
