Please answer, is it the intelligent brick that’s making those sound effects? Can you turn those off? Or does it only make sound effects like that if you do basic builds? If you were to do a custom build, would it be silent?

Andrew Morgan the control brick makes the sounds; you can program it to make whatever sound you like.
