@@HillelArt Ppl on Twitter are mad that their favourite LGBTQ *Twitch* streamers aren't in the event, that Dream and his friends aren't in the event and that Techno is in the event. Addressing the 1st point, Scott made it clear that the priority was can stream on KZbin(so aren't partnered with Twitch), then LGBTQ creators, then the usual bunch. Dream and his friends may not have wanted to participate as it will be a more chill event compared to usual MCCs and that's that. Twitter have also been spending much of their life calling Techno homophobic for a joke he made 4 years ago, so obviously, their small brain go brrr, "how can Technoblade be allowed in MCCP, he is homophobic and antisemetic." The priority was KZbin streamers as MCC have partnered with KZbin Gaming exclusively so only KZbin streamers will be able to stream and raise money for charity. Personally, I miss the old MCC community. Life was good before the Dream SMP stans flooded in and people like Noxcrew and Scott don't deserve to deal with all this hate for simple mistakes.

I definetely feel like this would be a lot better if some of the maps were themed around specific sexualities and gender identities, because, while the rainbow IS supposed to represent the whole community, with gay men even having their own flag specifically, many people still only associate the rainbow with gay men specifically. Just a thought
