I've been listening k-pop for 8 years and This is my first time never skipped watching music show every week because I wanted to see MC Sunghoon. I love seeing his growth to be a better MC, his improvement everyweek, his awkward cute mistakes, his funny dad jokes.. I'm gonna miss MC Sunghoon so much!

looking back, i never thought i’d anticipate a music show this much just because of the mc and not the performances but it just happens naturally with mc sunghoon. i was there when he was announced as an mc, his first fansite preview as an mc, his first appearance, hyping on twitter and other sns apps, his kbs awards appearance which i watched for hours just to see him on screen for a mere minute or two, until his very last day. i have earnestly watched him, see him improve every friday and it brings me so much joy and excitement just by watching their skits and interviews even it only sums up 5 minutes out of a whole 90 minute show. he did so well, i hope he knows that. he made people anticipate fridays just for him and that alone is a proof that he is an effective mc. i am looking forward to see him again with the same or even greater opportunity. we will miss you, mc sunghoon! and to mc wonyoung, thank you for helping out our sunghoon and good luck to your next journey. jangkku will always be an iconic duo.

Sunghoon had so much impact as an MC there's no doubt in that. I've been a kpop fan for 5 years now, since 2017, and this was the first time an idol has made me watch a Music Show every single week, and not for performing but simply MCing... Like no matter what you say about Sunghoon or his skills, you cannot deny one thing. He has the charm to make you stay and make you watch more.
