It's about visible facts: poor roads, unemployment, ill-equipped hospitals etc. It's about using tax payers money to fund birthday celebrations worth billions for the son of a head of state while majority of the country suffers in poverty and people play along like it's North Korea. If you ever travel outside Uganda, you will understand how Uganda is a failed state. Even within East Africa, Uganda is the benchmark for disorder and impunity, politicians in Kenya literally say " at least we are not like Uganda" 🤣.
