I always loved the rave subplot of the MCs Vs the Sound Engineer. The MCs go from aggressive, to being nice, to pleading, and everything in between, but mostly giving grief - whatever it took - to the engineer to get him to turn up the mic and make it "kriss". Sometimes I wonder if the mythical engineer even existed and it was just one setting all night. Legend has it the engineer is still out there at the mixing desk somewhere, getting berated by Shabba and Skibba 😹
