Saw Techno T at the colosseum when I was 17. I took my 17-year-old son to the colosseum reunion last year for the same privilege at the same age. Can't wait for the colosseum reunion once again this coming October. It's gonna be a belter!!❤

Thanks so much for sharing the Charity fundraising link in the comments. Just got to the point where you mention it's there. Kev has been a massive part of us raising thousands of pounds over the years for some great causes. Not often people realise that actually rave music isn't just radgies but lots of good people who do amazing things.

He done my first 3 tattoos when I was 18, at the time I had no idea it was techno T that had done them, used to work in the tattoo shop in Durham just down from bus station up a side street, only years later when I moved upto consett where he currently lives I found out what he looked like and realised it was him that done my tattoos all them years ago, I loved After Dark and techno t was always my favourite MC, guys a Legend of the North East

The voice of the north east rave scene. By far the best MC to come from this region/scene imo always has been for me since back in mid 90’s when I first heard him. Always appreciated the half singer/half MC approach totally unique nobody else like him. 1/6/1996 Colosseum tape him and DJ Morris one of the best imo. Keep channeling adrenalin Kev 👌

A suggestion - please get a mic arm like the hosts so they can adjust it closer to them. The audio is so unbalanced to him. Nice podcast though! A truly humble guy with no doubt a great story to tell in his book.

Kev is such a mint bloke (very doon to earth) blessed I met him and seen him live a few times. I listened to him from the age of 13 him and Danny stompin helped me through bullying and so much pain when I was a kid then at 30 I met him for the 1st time at downforce at the northern Class podcast with the godfather of rave and one of the finest tattooists
