All the singers in DKT/MC5 were excellent, however for MC50 Marcus' vocals were astonishing.. i mean, holy shit how can it be that good, astonishing. Immense power and soul, he really did Rob Tyner a great honour by doing all those songs so well... plus he's the gentlest nicest guy you could imagine.

74 and kicking ass and taking names later!!!! The MC5 should never be associated with punk, because punk was retrograde and the MC 5, especially Wayne was far more intelligent sophisticated and made music of a far higher order. Its like saying the origins of ballet was in a mosh pit.
