is it common practice for the city to clear a upper lateral with a water jet cleaner? Do you also clean out upper laterals? Is is also supposed to be vacuumed out? Thanks

my guy i hope you get it man. I work for the city for a city here in the central valley of CA as a collections sewer worker. best career ever man. lots of knowledge and laid back. you'll love it man and alot of ppl will thank you for what you do as believe it or not alot of ppl do understand how vital our sewer lines are and need to be maintained.
