23:45 I think this was a mistake; the 1000 grams of water could have more total energy, and it would take more heat to raise the temperature, but since heat is a process function I don't think the water can possess heat

isnt STP for temperature 273 K not 298? or were you just using 25 C at Kelvin as an example?

I believe 273 is used for gas law calculations where STP condition is assumed vs. 298 is used for standard state thermodynamic calculations. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

25 c is the temp at stp, converted to kelvin its 298. 273 is just the conversion addend
