hello it’s me. seapeekay! chiming in to remind you guys it’s literally impossible to get every play in and that top plays are purely based on opinion! i will say we toyed with the idea of a top 15 and in the future im open to that if there are enough cracked clips! but we changed our list a bunch of times and this is what we settled on, with a super nice edit, and the whole team getting involved! i love this top 10 :D

Great video! I really like that you included the three favourite plays as bonus content and the featured plays were all pretty varied. I would absolutely love a top 15 video, the more awesome plays get featured, the more spotlight there can be on some of the smaller participants as well :)

My personal favorite was Purple finishing Grid Runners one second before the time was up, and on a funnier note how Michael was 40th in Ace Race, he lost to Tubo who was constantly being disconnected... the poor guy had a bigger meltdown/rant than Wilbur.

I think a really fun one was in Build Mart with the Blue Bats, HBomb asked Rendog how many gold blocks were needed for the gold build, and Rendog accidentally counted the border of the gold build too, overestimating the amount of gold blocks H had to grab, so H grabbed like 40 gold, only to complete that first gold build and to get a second gold build (trophy) that required a lot of gold blocks too, and H had just mined enough gold for that build as well. Calculated

Yea, michael isn't great at it, but when you literally miss 1/3 of the entire race, and still make up for it, you certainly did well, and not only that, he stayed motivated and didn't start getting upset with himselves, unlike a fair few others in previous events who had similar issues

@@kf8512 it's a long story but basically he only came in because Krinios dropped out of MCC3 and Tommy got Bitzel to replace him. Scott allowed this but said that Bitzel would only be in that event. however, after MCC3, Scott and the Noxcrew forgot to remove him from the Discord, and he kept signing up for events. Scott then felt bad that he kept signing up and let him in MCC6, where he won. after that Bitzel was a sub for MCC7, and then was removed from the Discord until now, where he was invited to All-Stars. It's an interesting story that's been going on, but it's kind of sad because Bitzel will probably not be allowed back in since he's not that popular and Scott doesn't know him very well sorry for the essay lol

New idea to for another top 10 sort of video style: instead or along with top ten plays out of the whole event you could make a video with each teams top play/like 2-3 plays i know that might be a lot but you could split it into 2 videos. I am saying this bc there are a lot of awesome plays that happen but might not be by as popular people or hjsut not top ten so then with this idea every team gets talked about a lot more. You can do this, dont have to just a sujestion but great content keep up the good work

You could keep the top ten video the way it is and release it first, then upload a longer video/pair of videos highlighting each team more later on. It might be a good way to include some funny moments that might not be top plays too. Obviously, do what you want though.

Green had the best strat against Red. Knowing that they're a strong PvP team, man wasted no time and went to the wool to fill it, even Dream and Sapnap who went on both side to flank didn't notice the center was being filled.

@@tgx4213 From hindsight, I think Dream and Sapnap's strat was the same in MCC 15. Sap and Dream flank on both sides while Bad and George control the mid. The difference was the map. In Canal you can't just rush immediately to mid, you still have to go through the sides. Thus, Dream and Sap can meet them head on. In the new map, you can rush immediately to mid as seen from what Grian did. I think that their strat is still doable, they just need to switch positions. Have Dream bridge to mid with Sap beside him. The both of them can immediately take control there. Bad and George can shoot arrows to the enemy from both side. However there were a lot of miscommunications and errors from Red. They seem to caught themselves in Round 8 and Round 9 so not last at least lmao. Also Dream wants them to farm kills whereas I think Bad wants them to fill the center.

I actually calculated the average of every S-tier player including non canon MCC scores (all stars, pride, etc) and it changes things up a bit. (S-tier = 3000+ point average) 1: Technoblade (3302) 2: Petezuhhutt (3229) 3: Quig (3148) 4: Illimina (3131) 5: Fruitberries (3069) 6: Sapnap (3041) 7: Dream (3033) The reason i did this is because i don't really get why some events are considered "canon" and others are not. To me it seems like an arbitrary difference at best.

Some are non cannon because for example mcc pride had a lot of people who hadnt been in mcc before and some barely played minecraft so the stronger players destroyed

Red wasn’t quite as dominant as it could have been also cause Bad muffined up in battle box. Also just because a team is strong doesn’t mean the individual performances should be counted out. Case and point Purple Pandas in MCC 4. Or Red Rabbits in MCC 15. These were all really strong teams with overwhelming performances but they are still considered canon.
