Good morning 2nd round Raj state Council is online counselling but other state candidates are also appearing in merit list which is not as per last year procedure. last year other state candidates were allowed only in offline counselling and preference was given Rajasthan candidates over other state candidates. How it will work In 3rd round which is equivalent to last year 2nd round wherein Raj candidates were given preference over others but this time in 2nd round itself they are considered against general seat. how it will work in online second round this time is not clear. Requested to kindly clarify.
