It is AMAZING what we can get for our $$$ in the greater Columbia SC area. Quality construction, nice neighborhood, 4000 plus sq ft with 3 stories for around $300K. Love it!

Love the floor plan and the prices in South Carolina are amazing for this type of home. This house would cost easily $400,000 and up. I plan to contact a realtor soon and look at some of the homes in Columbia. In the planning stage of relocating to a southern states.

Unnecessary "Smart Growth" urbanist regulations in Oregan, and especially here in California, purposley jack up housing prices to keep people living in cities and to lessen the growth and influence of suburban sprawl...it's not fair nor is it very free-market but that's what the people we voted in office want for us...

Christian Gainey I couldn't agree more. We did however make an offer on a DR Horton home in a subdivision further away from where we would like to be but still got a great price on the Melbourne 4710 plan. It's as close to a McCall plan as your going to get around here. You folks in SC have got it made regarding home prices.

Looking to build this home in Bluffton sc or Hilton head sc area will that be possible? And I want this exact plan and all it's features. Not interested in the minor changes / Manchester. McCall is what I want.

Great question. If the home is is built by the builder in their own neighborhood the price includes the lot.

+Kyle Brooks Just spoke to my builder contact. The McCall has been changed to the Manchester plan with minor changes. They can for sure build it in the Manors of Bellclave in NE Columbia, SC. Is that the area you are looking for?

+ColumbiaSCRealEstate thanks for the response! we are planning on relocating from Michigan. Still a year or two out. My job allows me to live anywhere in us. Initially thinking Dallas but Now we are looking for an area where our money can go further. My wife is blown away by the details in this home. New construction is how we are leaning. Current home is built in 1928. Plan on visiting Columbia this year.

I can't find this particular floorplan that has been sold and then been foreclosure and is available now. I did do a search for distressed homes for sale (including foreclosures) that have 3000 sq ft and more. This link will work for a limited time. I can't control that. That moulding from breakfast area to family room is NOT STANDARD! It's $1200 for the judge's panel and picture molding!
