She's probably sympathetic because she knows he's not feeling well and she clearly doesn't feel too well herself. As a matter of fact, in the next clip when they were on the plane and she asked how long the trip would take out of concern for Kevin, I think that was only partially true. She is also concerned for herself.

why can they go home this storyline don't make sense and Jason and Sam find him now he maybe dead I read that old Nikolas coming back I don't know for sure but they need to do matter and how long it going to be before they go home
