So what happens if she has a heart attack ? Her ex "Red" (who is an ex convict himself ) calls the EMS. What are they going to do ? They cannot shock her with a defibrillator as she is too fat. They cannot load her in an ambulance because they cannot lift her and if they could there is not a stretcher that would hold this thing. The ambulance is not big enough to carry a load like this and the hospital does not have a bed that large to hold something like this. So she dies in her apartment. Then what ? How do they get this 600 pound mountain of fat out of the building ? A fork lift and a large flat bed truck ? And where do they take her ? There is no morgue that can handle this. Remember she is now the size of 4 people !
