I was about to say that hes not moving as fast for this morning shift as I am used to seeing him move. Maybe he aint a mornin person lol or perhaps a setup he isn't used to. EDIT: Ok, as the morning gets busier he's the speed i'm used to seeing. Maybe just like me, when there not a lot going on at work and its a bit slower I do tend to not be in as big a hurry to finish a task.

It would be cool to see the cooking side more. Before seeing an older video, I thought the eggs were cooked in a factory. But seeing some of the other stuff, like hotcakes and mc griddles, being made would be interesting. This was one of the few videos I had some McDonald's to eat while watching.

hotcakes are microwaved and griddles are put in the oven. both are pre made :)

Sometimes they have extra if you miss the cutoff time, you just need to order it in person and ask them. But I agree, it was the best day ever when they made breakfast available anytime then the worst day ever when they retracted it.

The one I work at does all day breakfast but since not many people order it we cook fresh breakfast during lunch and it’s sooo annoying having to stop with the lunch rush to do breakfast

The other side is identical to the side he’s on. There are grills and deep fryers on both sides and prep stations (where he’s at).

He does his videos at two different stores, one (the one where most of his videos are shot) have the grills and (chicken & filet ) fryers are on the same side as the fry station and the other has them on the opposite side of the prep table.

So, few pointers here. If you're right handed, go bottom right corner to top left corner to wrap, if you're left handed go bottom left corner to top right corner to wrap. 2 Sandwichs to assemble on table at a time no more. It's easier to keep my mind distressed if you are doing 2 at a time. Last, cheese always go on bottom of the muffin. Just recommendations and policies we have at my Northern Ohio Store.
