the reason fast food eggs have rubbery eggs is because they add a tiny bit of flour to the eggs to help maintain its shape, my dad used to work in mcdonalds and lots of other fast food restaurants, which is how i know this

in england our egg does not look like that on mcdonalds breakfast, ours is done sunny side up, its not great, its a bit dry and the yolk is solid but its better than what this looks like !

I love the Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin on the breakfast menu here in the UK. I'm not a huge fan of McDonalds but that McMuffin is like an orgasm of flavour between two buns.

We in the USA have several types of egg, Folded, scrambled, egg white and round eggs. The one in this video is folded, which comes in a package. The round egg and egg whites are made on the grill however, I am unsure about scrambled.

One of the best McDonalds sandwiches I've ever had isn't on the menu (except in a few states) but you can request it. If you get the McGriddle and substitute the sausage for chicken, I promise you the Chicken McGriddle will be your new best friend

This is true. When I worked at MickeyD's the egg for all the sandwiches except for McMuffins were liquid egg we poured into rectangle stencils on the grill. Later, they switched to frozen pre-made egg folds that you add water and microwave.

We make three types of eggs at McDonalds, which are: the folded egg, round egg and scrambled egg. The folded egg is prepared slightly precooked in a factory to shorten the cooking time in stores; McDonalds vegan doing this a few years ago. The round eggs are made in store with real eggs and the scrambled egg comes in a yolk carton then cooked on the grill. I prefer the scrambled egg on all of my sandwiches but the round egg is best on muffins.

I have a Pro spot for you..... Ask for a Round Egg instead of the fluffy egg.. A Round Egg there is a real 100% egg that is steam cooked in a ring mold... and its not rubbery. Two things are really good for a breakfast at Mc.D's... Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle meal Large OJ... and the Sausage burrito meal large OJ (Make sure you have the Salsa or it sucks). Im a City worker so I frequent breakfast- These two are Great- The Biscuit is also good too.
