I know you said you sleep better now off the fizzy drinks but what about the coffee? I've started drinking coffee and its messed my sleep up, do you just get use to it?

I drink all my coffee (usually 2-3 cups) before 12pm - any after that is definitely a problem for me. Regular tea and green tea (both of which also contain caffeine) don't seem too much of a problem but I won't drink them after 4pm. I would drink fizz all day long! I'm currently at 2-3 cups coffee in the morning, sometimes a tea later on but lately it's just water water water

I think the grand mac is crap - I'd have preferred they brought back the double big mac 😋 I am so content when the kids are home, even when they just come back from shopping or from being out anywhere - safe and sound indoors = pure bliss X

I’ve had them since I was 4 years old. So I understand your pain. Glad you got some good sleep! I did too! Hubby let me take an amazing long nap today. Just wonderful. So refreshing for the body! We had Lasagna for dinner last night. The kids were happy. It’s one of there favorite meals. Tonight I don’t think I’m cooking. We will probably all just fend for ourselves. Congrats on 1000 Subs!! Oh no, does that mean you've had one recently? (Migraine) I didn't get mine until my 20s. I often get but not always, a hormonal migraine during my monthly, it's low key, lasts a few days and I can handle it - but if I combine certain foods within a 24 hour window, I risk a knockout. I got sloppy recently and I was down a few days, but it stuck around low key for almost a week. It's rare it gets that bad, but when it does, I kick myself for being so bloody careless. I first recognised the food triggers one christmas time. I don't think its food triggers for everyone, but mine are definitely hormone changes and/or certain food combinations. Take it easy my girl X

@@aitch01 I usually have them a couple times a week. Nearly anything can trigger mine. I stay away from eggs and chocolate, try to stay away from cheese. That does seem to help. Sometimes the weather triggers it. Light, sound, and smells are also culprits. When they come, I usually just take a hot shower, then go to sleep. If I can get to sleep usually they will go away but not always. They are chronic. And I have crappy eyes. So that doesn’t help either. Last one I had was 2 days ago.

Hi Aitch! Oggy Oggy Oggy! 😊 I order my Big Mac the exact same way as you...extra sauce, extra onions, no lettuce. If we get fish, we order it with extra tartar sauce and add onions. We always order extra containers of Mac sauce, cause we dip our fries in it. When we get breakfast there, we get the sausage biscuits or breakfast burritos, and we put our hashbrowns either inside the biscuit, or we open the tortilla and put our hash brown in there. Yum! 😋 You definitely got a good Big Mac there. We don't have those cheese bites. Yours gave good ASMR for sure, even though tasteless lol Have a great weekend and hope you don't have anymore migraines. Yuck. Lots of luv XO 💓 💗 💖 💕

The breadcrumb is just fine, it's the fish inside that's a problem for me - I believe it's minced fish which can only be mushy no matter what you do to it - unless it's different over there? That looks amazing 🤩 I’m having a family favorite tonight- chili spaghetti! I boil spaghetti noodles, lay them in a dish, add oodles of cheese, layer beef chili on top, top with more cheese then melt in in the oven. We eat it with dollops of sour cream and fresh chopped sweet onion. It is soooo good 🤤 You should try it. My kids loooove it!
