Yes, Big Mac's used to be a bit bigger in the 90's, I swear it. It could be the nostalgia factor though. I remember being allowed to have a Big Mac as a teenager, instead of a regular cheeseburger as a child. It was a lot more filling, though I was also told that I probably couldn't finish a BK Whopper. (Which I could) I also need to comment on how they seem to be making them upside down, probably to save time. The sauce and lettuce should be adhered to the top crown and top middle bun, with cheese, pickles and onions on top of the meat patties, IMO.

Speaking about complaining, about 10 years ago when they shrunk the size of the Big Mac, i sent an email to head office asking them to explain. Some head Management guy calls me back and tries to tell that the size has never changed in his 35 years alive. BS !

I doubt any have been working there for 20 years in the kitchen. I'm going of experience, when the buns were the same size as a quarter pounder and such... and why does everyone else here think the same thing too? And the meat patties were definitely thicker, not the same as a cheeseburger but not quite the size of the quarter pounder, more of an in between.

Great review as usual Greggo. Not a fan of McCrap as I’ve never had a good experience. Re the Big(not)Mac, I reckon it’s been that small for a few years now. But in saying that, fair call on the review. I reckon they saw you comin from a mile away. That was probably the first perfectly prepared meal I’ve seen from them!! Wow Greg, you must have been hungry to take such a huge bites! I'm much of a fatboy and enjoy inhaling food, so I can devour that meal just as quick. I love McDonald's fries compared to anyone elses regular fries. The right amount of salt and flavor. When I go to BK or Wendy's, I don't get their fries. I've always been a fan of the shoestring fries. But I love Arby's Seasoned Curly fries, Checker's/Rally's fries, Five Guys Cajun fries, Popeye's Cajun fries, KFC Potato Wedges; any seasoned fries are just the ultimate fries for me.

I used to love Fanta back in the 80s, but then they changed the recipe of it and made it much worse IMO. Also, they cut down on the fizz by so much. But McDonalds and the like that sell it in cups, I much prefer that, cos it still tastes decent for some reason. I won't drink it out of a bottle or can anymore, but fast food or similar? Yum!
