Raj Sisodia thinks IQ is fixed and can only go down in your lifetime. What a clown. Is that what a conscious leader believes? This guy is stale and I now question his I.Q. They reversed that position Raj. You can increase your I.Q. Smart guy.

He is not wrong. There are 2 types of intelligences measured by IQ, fluid and crystallized. Crystallized is things you learn and can be increased. Fluid intelligence is your ability to problem solve, as in solving novel problems. This you cannot change and this is what the geniuses thrive in. So generally when people talk about IQ they refer more to the fluid intelligence rather than crystallized intelligence
