I have a few questions.... did you also hollow out the Toybiz wheel in order to make the turbine blades, or did you leave it as is and use the rim/hubcap area as a guide to make the nose cone? I was also curious how you made the blades for the turbine?

I just turned the toybiz over and poured resin in halfway to cover up the axle hole. For the turbine blade it was a bit tricky. I took sculpting clay and start by pushing the toybiz backside in to give me the diameter. Then i slowly used a sculpting tool i made to sculpt the blades. When i had it looking right i poured resin in . The front cone i used a crazy glue tube( one with red cap)as a mold. I.filled it with resin then unmolded and sanded the tip round...makeing sure to get the right" droup" at the end.

Thank you so much for the tips and tricks! I'm like you, and think the stock nose cone looks terrible, and needs to be fixed asap lol.

Did you by chance document your progress with this build, I would love to see it?

That's great! Does the nozzle drip downward slightly as per the original? I wish you could make a STL file or even print it for commission :)

It sure does. Sadly ive never dabbled with a 3-d printer. I make everything by hand.
