i really like this figure because it's probably one of the easiest "baby's first" kit bashers, can take the head alone and put it on various batman designs for the stages they show, primarily the rebirth one, and the bodys already a joker palette for fan ficy customs. i had forgotten they used the super bright green in one of the segments, i thought he had the messed up face and rebirth outfit throughout. the main batman who laughs design is great and all but i really like this one. moments like where he surprised the batfamily with uzis are a lot more impactful with his original outfit or a close mockery of it imo. the batman who laughs tpb cover is still kicka** af though, and ty for the review

I got this guy on saturday and love it its a shame he doesnt have any accessories that make sense but i love that mcfarlane gave him the trigger hand for a gun, just need to try and find a 7 inch scale uzi to re create the bat family murder panel from the book

I’m really starting to think BWL was inspired by a version of Batman from Smallville: Season 11. That comic series began in 2011/12 and ran for several years, but ended long before BWL was a thing. They did their own version of Crisis on Infinite Earths for that comic and one version of Batman that appeared on the main Earth and fought the main Smallville Batman had almost this exact same backstory and design. The main different being his costume was a makeshift suit designed after Keaton’s Batsuit.

It looks cool. I may get this but not sure yet. How do you get it so early? I could see this turned into Batman joker hybrid. Joker Batman imposter. I am not sure if I’ll get this. I ended up getting the dark knight returns wave the other day, even though I hate the faces. The bulky bodies are cool. Gunslinger spawn looks good on that horse.
