The McFarlane figure is cool for what it is. I have it, and don't mind it. I also have the Beast Kingdom Batman, and it's much more accurate and a better figure! I would recommend. I missed out on the Neca figure. Nice review.

Nice!!! Yea I just shipped my pike of loot from bbts and it includes beast kingdom batman and robin, can't wait to check those out

The lack of ears doesnt bother me much since the real cowl didnt really show much of an ear shape or outline anyway. But the actual face sculpt is just bad. Theres no resemblance to Adam West there at all. If it was a higher value brand (the ones that charge 70-120 dollars for a 1/12 figire) i wouldnt have ever touched it if it looked like this. But i feel like i give mcfarlane some slack just because they're way WAY cheaper...but maybe giving them slack might by why there are so many bad headaculpts from them 😅

Hehe yea for the price point we can overlook the short comings from this figure. But given neca's version was pretty much the same price range I would prefer neca over mcfarlane for sure. And that neca one is still one of my fav. And yea if we aren't critical they will think their figs are perfect. At one point their stuff were really good even head sculpts, like during the walking dead stuff, they were perfect and even the halo reachbstuff. Those head sculpts weren't bad either. But now they barely look like their counterpart unfortunately

I've noticed something that McFarlane Toys is doing with DC figures. They're basically copying the articulation style that Toy Biz had when they produced Marvel Legends. I may get this figure since theyre releasing Robin and hopefully the Rogues Gallery shown in the TV series. I'm a sucker for Frank Gorshin as The Riddler. His costumes were and still how I've envisioned him

@@TheToyHunter1990 I don't know if it's do much copying tho. Because nowadays almost every toy company uses this style of articulation, this is pretty basic now. There are companies out there doing much better articulation tho. Did they already announced robin? That would be fantastic if they continue on with this line tho.
