One thing worth noting: each Deathstroke I’ve ever seen has the wrong shins on the wrong legs. Swapping the shins and feet will make the figure look less awkward when you stand him.

@@BradTheDCUniverseGeek you’re welcome! The legs bowing out and how the left boot won’t fit properly under his shin guard is a sign the shins are on the wrong legs. Love the videos and you’ve definitely got me looking back at DC figures in a different light than years ago. Keep up the good work!

@@octoberson so how do you go about switching the shins?

@@JonathanLouie I used a hairdryer to soften up the plastic. Get the heat in right at the peg for the shin. The plastic gets pliable and you can pop it off pretty easily after a minute or so. Do the same at the ankles to pop the feet off too. Then reheat, swap, and connect. You might need a slender blunt tool to help pop the pin in the whole way without scratching the plastic. But it really was pretty easy once you do it. I heard from a customizer a while back that the boil and pop method isn’t the safest idea on plastic. Heating the plastic with a hair dryer is just making the plastic warm and pliable. But boiling the plastic can mess with the plastic on a different level. He used the analogy of boiling pasta. It’s a different state before you cool it but once you put the pasta in the water it turns into another state. I’ve always stuck with hairdryers for this reason. Just my OCD about it.

The sculp of the torso is pretty good. I think the articulation on the McFarland edges out the Dc collectibles arkham origins Deathstroke.

I wish the blue armor parts were metallic paint like the DC Collectibles version. That's about my only major complaint.

Yeah the one gripe I have is that his gun is sculpted onto his holster and non removable... That kinda sucks but he does look amazing

He is unfortunatly way too big to pair with the stubbier Mezco figs. I am definitely planning on reviewing the Bat Dad though. That figure looks boss!

Have you noticed alot of bent legs? I've bought about 8 mcfarlane figs and most have a leg that is almost kinda gimp it's bent wrong between the knee and ankle

I honestly don't like it. I think DCC did a better job with this version. Maybe the articulation is a bit better on this one, but not in finish. IMO looks too plasticky (if that makes any sense).
