This was the second Malayalam movie I watched. I didn't know much about Fahaad then, in the beginning I thought he was a supporting character for the three cousins. By the end, I realised his role was to make us annoyed, empathetic and finally happy for him. Cut to few years later, I was watching Pushpa (in Hindi for the lack of options) in Kolkata and I was the only one who cheered and clapped when Fahaad entered the screen... ❤️

I live in Mumbai, inspite of being a mallu, I barely speak it. Watching malayalam films was out of question, because I couldn't understand anything. This was the first malayalam film I watched (with subtitles ofcourse) and I'm mindblown. It's pretty refreshing from the nominal Hollywood and Bollywood films.

Katherine Adams oh my god. You’re missing out. I live in the states and cannot speak Indian at all. I caught My parents who are malyalee watch one and then I was shocked at how the movies bring out such amazing emotions that I couldn’t relate with Hollywood. I saw Bollywood and I used to cringe . These are some of the ones I saw and loved. Hope it helps . Obviously they’re different genres but I loved them all. I actually know all the actors up close it’s scary.
