MCI Eligibility Certificate after MBBS transfer

Hello Ma'am . I want an urgent help. I went to study MBBS in Russia in 2016 and then I quit there and went to Georgia in 2017 to study MBBS from the first , although I completed my first year there too but I started from scratch in Georgia. Now I am graduated from Georgia. I applied for eligibilty certificate 6 months back and I uploaded documents of the university from which I graduated from Georgia , but the eligibilty certificate that I recieved in that they wrote the university name of Russia in which I studied for 1 year. Now they are not responding , what should I do. The thing is I have acknowledgement letter from MCI Of both the universities. Can u please help. I am clueless.

Mam eventhough sudents before Nov182021 are allowed to take transfers they should only choose their University only if it is approved by NMC ri8 ? And this batch before nov182021 comes under NMC or MCI mam ?

Hello mam i took admission in 2017 and in 4th year I applied for nmc eligibility certificate and then I changed my college during the provincial of nmc eligibility certificate application and I attached all documents from previous university. If you are NEET Qualified student then you dont need to apply for NMC Certificate. If you haven't qualified Neet then you need to give the details of both the uni with the transcripts

This same issue was happened earlier a student took admission in china who got 49.5% in 12th mci rejected his eligibility and he moved to supreme court later student lost this case nd didn't get eligibility to practice in india

@@ashwinisingh485 no it doesn't happen like this . Who give u permission ... Your eligibility cirtificate is your permission. But you didn't get your eligibility and u will not get eligibility as you don't have minimum 50% marks in your boards exam.. its very sad but its reality..

Their NEET Certificate is their eligibility certificate. However, the latest NMC notice has left many students confused.. So you can apply for the eligibility certificate to be on a safer side.
