They will leave it well alone. Financial commentators are reporting that the move was to secure steady / stable revenue away from the fickle traditional consumer electronics market.

@@TLPCHCagree. Bose hasn’t made a piece of quality audio gear since the 901s (and even those were questionable but well marketed). They are a cash machine with products like “high end” OEM audio vehicle systems, ear buds and Bluetooth speakers for the beach. So for Mac and Sonus Faber think of an ATM in the Mac C-Suite for funding R&D and capital expenditures. I hope Bose poor quality rep doesn’t rub off on either.
