As an Arab girl warching Mckenna and other girls from different parts of the world to learn more about health culture faith and beauty i will say in the Arab culture fenugreek is an important part of every Arab girl diet once we have our first cycle our mothers tells us to start using it regularly... most of the time we add the seeds to hot milk and cinnamon we let it heat together and drink it It gives you good feminine health it gives you strong bones and thick hair and glowy skin

For oil pulling make sure you don’t spit the oil in the sink or shower because it can clog your drain. They recommend spitting it out in a trash can :)

I love the everywhere wash for my private area. I agree Costco had a sale for at home and travel water flosser so I bought it and it has changed my life.
