If the door is sticking, it just means that the home is freshly painted and they didn’t leave the door open for it to dry which is causing the door to stick. That does not mean the home is poorly built lol. It happens all of the time. I own a contracting company, and it happens. If you don’t like the appliances, you can always switch that out. You want to look at the neighborhood, school district, surrounding neighbors, crime, but the cosmetics you can always switch out. I wish you and your family the best with home shopping.
