He did not ask for the average household income, which is a great metric to know the people attending the school and the problems the might be facing

I think your question would be irrelevant to this case because our client is a collection of schools so then they wouldn't have control over demographic trends. If the client was, for example, the Department of Education or some sort of government party then it could be relevant.

@@tonyminhtu disagree, feel like its totally relevant because demographics like that determine the funding of a school here in the U.S. and give context for possible investment or other opportunities
