McLane reel mower sitting for 20+ years. Will it run and cut again?

In this video we picked up a Mclane reel mower that was sitting in my grandma's basement for 20+ years. We got it running and did a couple of upgrades before testing out the cut quality.

I’ve got the same old mower and am trying to since a linkage issue. Could you share a picture from the other side point of view? For me there isn’t any way to kill the engine with the throttle on stop.

Shoot me an email [e-mail] and I'll shoot you a picture. I put the throttle in the 'choke' position to shut mine off currently. I've got some issues with my throttle/governor linkage that I need to work out, hopefully when that is done the 'Stop' setting will work.
