Fri3d0lf, i would like to thanks you for your videos. It seems that you'r driving style is matching with mine, and it's very helpfull to progress. I'm still blocked to 1.31.447 with your setup (ACC 1.9.5 , optimal track conditions and 30c - 39c track temp) , and now it seems that i improved every corner (for me) , it's still far from yours but, i'm happy with my result and my cheap material (old logitech driving for GT from 2007). Keep the good job and keep sharing your passion to driver community :)

Thanks! Yesterday i started to train this track, couldnt go down 1.31 Today i gave it my all using your setup, and i go the 1.29.5 Did my first race and dominated it lol, hopefully ill meet someone faster to steal their lines :P Thansk!

i’ve driven this track for the first time in like 9 months and also just nailed a 29:5 , it’s a good lap pace , although my deltas have me at 28,8 , more practice 😅

Thanks a lot. Your setups and hot laps are really improving my racing. I am having consistency trouble with this specific track though for races. The bumpy curbs give me some Serious issues every so often so I am thinking of switching to Ferrari. Any advice for modifying the race setup to make a bit safer through the curbs?

I am glad that it helps you! While testing - this goes for every single car I have driven here at Zolder recently - there was nothing that actually worked in order to make the car safe through that chicane in the current state of ACC. You should rather not take that first curb as it unsettles the car a lot and only go over the exit curb with the right tire side. Soften the springs/suspension in general further and using more ride height at the front is what usually helps. As said though, all cars did not feel great going through the chicane unfortunately.

I do not have any specific tips as it is tough to stay consistent here. Do not take that first chicane with too much risk as this is the point that can end your race very fast.

Möglicherweise habe ich die falschen Dateien ausgewählt, da muss ich nochmal nachschauen. Dann kann ich allerdings nicht garantieren, dass ich die richtigen Dateien noch habe. Manchmal läuft MoTeC bei der gezeigten Runde auch nicht im Hintergrund, weshalb die Daten von einer langsameren Runde sind - bei 1:34 ist das natürlich Quatsch. Vielen Dank für den Hinweis!

What steering ratio do you use for the mclaren? If i set it as it should be i get a tonne of understeer and i go lower i wear the fronts too much

I always use 1080° in the driver of the wheel and in ACC itself. That way, the game will adjust the steering angle for each car automatically. The ratio can be changed in the setup further which you can see.
