Carlos may have got his very first podium but the fact that he shared standing on the podium with Lando, that the team sang both Super Carlos and Super Lando and also that Lando got to spray champagne with Carlos shows how supportive the team are of both of them. mclaren’s form was very poor before carlos and lando started together. this was also carlos’ first podium, so the emotions were up there. plus, there were two sides of coin in ferrari that at one side, carlos didn’t deserve to win because they sacrificed charles when charles needed maximum points possible to compete with max.

What I love most about McLaren is that Lando and Carlos seem like genuine friends rather than just team mates and that goes for the whole team actual and its something that doesn't happen much in this sport and that why McLaren have been, in my opinion the best team on the grid this season, the change in atmosphere is insane when compared to last year and it shows what a difference it can make Congrats Carlos and lets hope that there is more to come for both you and Lando

As a driver yes, he's quick but the hards were just terrible for this race.

Lando just suffered from that, but overall his pace has been good and defiantly not slow, even if there are areas for improvement on race day.

Amazed at the way McLaren is returning to the front of the grid. Gutsy move to go to the Renault engine. And you are beating Renault at their own game. Lando and Carlos create a lot of positive energy. On P4 in the championship is a very good result. We mostly get to see the four front men Zack Brown, Andreas Seidel, Carlos and Lando.
