While I agree the home needs several updates, possibly has an identity crisis, I can't see how the master showers wouldn't work for anyone. The columns are beautiful but there his an interior problem that proper staging would absolutely fix.

⭐️ Needless to say, the Asian furnishings are clashing with the Greek Columns. Unquestionably, the house needs a makeover from top to bottom to bring it up to date. Having said that, the new owner needs to decide if they like that many columns in their home. The only thing that works in this house is the view outside.
