What we should do about the deliveryp part of the case? All the calculation, structure, brainstorming… is actually really long. How can we summarize that to deliver a concise conclusion?

I think an effective conclusion should contain several parts: short explanation about how you break-down the problems, summarize your issue tree, test your hypothesis and propose recommendations. And make sure to present your idea in a logical way
