in question 7 (v) image distance should be positive as its image distance of concave mirror and by formula (-) is in formula and u is also negative

Mam in hc Verma book it is written that red deviates the least and in Q1 the r is more. So, we will have to think in different angles and places.

That's true red deviates the least so it bends less towards the normal.. That's why angle between normal and red color is maximum.
