I just wanna say to you Deepak sir that the ma'am (I remember Jaanvi ma'am) who took this class, explained Pigeon pea as the queen of pulses which is wrong you know well. Moreover she also explained that Parboiling in paddy is done after Milling and Polishing of rice which is too wrong. Not only today but also that day when she took class of field crops in marathon series also said same about Parboiling. I think you must look into it.

Parboiling details are correct bro it is given in nr sunda and also in different sites yes in some sites it is mentioned that parboiling is the first step but majority is saying it as the last step 😅
