Assalamu Alaikum Sir! I hope you're fine and doing good. Sir enzyme is a key according to ptb, federal, kpk functionally. It is not wrong. While substrate is a lock. So I think enzyme as a key and substrate as a lock makes more sense functionally but vice versa of this makes more sense structurally.

Sir STP Mai ya line likhvi Hai:- A lok allows for of its keys to fit in it. Similarly enzymes allows a few complementary molecules to fit in and react . So according to STP enzymes are lock and substrate are keys 🗝️
