In q 10 according to me ans should be accrual concept as the transaction occur 3year ago and they are writing after 3 year Explain Nice explanation and mcq

Hi Priya! I totally get your point but the question is that company has calculated the profit only when the contract is completed, accrual concept deals with how to record the revenue and expenses but the main violation here is of accounting period which states profit should be calculated for 12 months.
