Can’t wait to see the build a figure, this wave is decent. Some figures are questionable because I’d rather have live action versions instead of the what if characters. Zombies are an exception for sure.

I only started collecting last year so I really appreciate the Red Skull. I think it looks great and totally passable as an MCU Red Skull, I like it better than that old one! That looks more like some Hellraiser figure to me lol, I don't like the darker red.

I really like the look of this Red Skull, compared to the other movie versions, this one looks better IMHO. Will be picking this one up when it’s more widely released.

I’m a marvel legend comic figure collector and I preordered this one because the comic version’s from the villain wave’s price went way above retail and I like this design better. Plus the animated style head looks better for a comic display. Hasbro knew what they were doing re-releasing this figure. They got me lol

I might be going cuckoo bananas. But I don’t think OG skull was hard to get. Remember, swapping his head for Hydra soldiers do you have like two figures or three in one? The reason is because he was not appealing in the 10 year release. This figure actually looks REALLY good. Just like infinity Ultron. I need to build Khonshu. Especially while having Moon Knight and Mr. Knight. Otherwise, I wouldn’t really bother. I say this is a complete win. But I’m mostly looking for the zombies. Due to the fact that Zombie Cap is still sealed & waiting for the others 😂.

Honestly I hadn’t payed much attention to the previous red skull figures but I can say with confidence that this new one would look so much better in a mcu display than the older ones. That red is just too dark. The new one has red that looks painful and unbearably raw. It just looks good and it doesn’t really look like animation

Why do you always make it a point to say that you do not like doing head swaps? Is it because you feel as if your ability to gain sponsorship from Hasbro is hampered in someway by doing so?

Because people comment all the time asking why I don’t, or questioning why I don’t. More often than not it’s a ridiculous request for a head swap that makes no sense. Not sure how head swaps would be a thing in regards to a Hasbro sponsorship. They don’t do anything like that anyway.

@@MCUcollector24 of course Hasbro sponsors KZbinrs; when they send out figures to KZbinrs for review in advance of the figures release that is by definition sponsorship, as the KZbinr does not pay, and it is a form of advertising for the toy manufacturer. That's what sponsorship is. And the reason why they would not look kindly on head swapping is because no toy manufacturer does. Sh figuarts goes out of their way to ensure that parts are not easily swappable on their figures, because that leads to variants, and unlicensed variants leads to loss of revenue when it comes to the release of "new figures" with minor detail changes. Case in point, repaints such as you see in Comic-Con special releases. Either way, if it's not that, then you just have a lack of imagination, or natural curiosity. One way or the other that's not a good thing, and a little off putting when watching your videos, because as you said most people want to see the head swaps.

@danieldelewis2448 I get too many off requests for them so I don’t do it. Pulling a bunch of figures out of my display just creates a snowball effect of piling up figures to put back. Plus I break neck pegs doing it. I didn’t think of it that way in terms of sponsorship with Hasbro as they have done that twice for me. They don’t provide free product either typically. I don’t think Hasbro would actually care about doing head swaps.
