I just wish they had done a wash on the cybernetic arm and not reverted to the old-style neck pegs. But I have this guy coming in the mail today and I'm looking forward to adding him to the collection.

There was a MCU Winter Soldier figure from Civil War. If I remember correctly it was a Wal-mart exclusive. So there are actually 3 MCU Winter Soldiers. Great review just thought I would help with info

I think that right arm is small because it is also from Killmonger. There was another Bucky MCU figure in between the two shown which was I think a Walmart exclusive but they really never mastered it...

I bet the metal arm is a comic arm mold, and the normal arm is an MCU mold. That's why they look off.

They put a dark wash on dark blue pants rather than the plastic looking "metal" arm...yeah, wonky definitely describes this.lol

It is obvious you don't know what you are talking about, if you don't have the original version of the comic winter soldier you can't say this new is better. I have the original and it's by far a much better figure than this one, better sculpture, better proportions, better paint job. This one looks cheap.
