Oh theory: Wilbur has a mental disorder that makes him go crazy. That explains the switching of his mental state and personality at (2:37) It could be any disorder really, from phycosis to schizophrenia to bipolar disorder, or a mix of 2 mental disorders like maybe DID (Disassociative Identity disorder) and phcosis, or bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Another theory: Dream or anyone else will stop wilbur from murdering techno, because we clearly saw that dream stopped George from commiting die, so George might tell dream everything and then dream tells everyone else and then they go save techno. So it might happen. Or maybe not. I don't know, life can be very unpredictable. Anyways baiiiii.

Maybe for the ending Dream will find out how Wilbur is acting and abandon him and Wilbur goes J.D. with the school, if you know what I mean, and it can be a similar ending to Heathers? Or Wilbur gets confronted and is arrested by the police and sent to a pysch ward or jail, and you could choose if its a happy ending or sad but relief filled ending, (ie, Wilbur could be forgiven after some psychiatric help or he remains insane and it sets up for possibly another season?) IDK, these are just my thoughts
