In the first episode, Tommy said he has no quirk which is relatively true. In my AU, he's a magma cube hybrid, sometimes people think he's a blaze so L.
You got more information on the Pouches I mentioned in the first episode
Tommy's magma cube skills are:
-Less fall damage (his legs go all squishy like a magma cube)
-He can melt / burn people
-His eyes can turn into a firey red when he wants to use his skills
Tommy hides his features of a magma cube because he doesn't like them. Simple
Dream says his quirk is useless because he doesn't know about the burning parts because Tommy never uses his skills

See? • Also she was wanting to know a lot about tommy and Dream during her conversation with Deku. • Also she’s acting strange with Deku and she seems very cautious. Conclusion that’s actually toga and that toga took some of Uraraka’s blood! Where is she now? • Also the gunshots at the end of the video maybe that was “Uraraka” • Also while she’s speaking her name tags says “Uraraka” so quotations. So that maybe Toga.
