Just so you know, during classic orcust combo, you have to bring back knighmate with wand, not harp. This is to play around nibiru, you absolutely want to have knightmare in your grave, and since dingirsu is your 5th summon, if you declare dingirsu, and your opponent chains nibiru, you wont get to bring knightmare, making it impossible to foolish cymbal during the opponents turn

If you use girsu then getting knightmare back with wand is definitely the play but if you don't use girsu then I think you can justify getting harp back since you can still have a way to dump cymbal onyour opponent's turn albeit more susceptible to interruption at least it's another body for i:p plays

@@leonidasgone9218 Send Harp to gy, banish Harp to summon Girsu, send Knightmare to gy, banish to pitch World Wand to gy, banish to summon Knightmare. Galatea sends Wand to deck to search Babel or the trap. Ningirsu gets Harp back. Make a link 2, in Master Duel you summon Verde Anaconda to make DPE or I:P Masquarena

I played a few games with Orcust this week. It's a great beat deck with power to one turn kill (especially with Gizmek Orochi). Somehow, the Counter Trap does not fit in with Babel (requires a link monster, while the turn usually ends with a DPE or an I:P ) or DPE (when used for searching in GY, you cannot revive DPE that turn), but it worked a few times and banished several DPEs (when I brought out Galatea, my opponent just cannot wait to pop it). PUNK-DPE combo is my favorite combo especially under maxx-C (or other hand-trap preventing me from normal combo route). Chain emergency teleporting to Maxx-C, search and make Anaconda only allows the opponent draw two cards while setting up a field with double interruptions. I used the Malicious-Denier package which is more link-oriented (more bricking, sadly) and I guessed for Orcust Celestial and Dasher fits really well (help draw powerful in-engine cards and Dasher can help special summon KnightMare and World Wand).

The counter trap's searching is conflicted with DPE but the negate + banish is just toooooooo good, plus is searchable by Galatea.

I've been using madame spider as a really easy negate searcher + noodle enabler, but i love this idea! Gonna take it to ranked myself from now on since i was basically just using my orcusts for mekk-knight combos

I'm in a bit of a bind, there aren't many days left before the pack that carries the Despias go bye bye but I don't have enough gems to get all the cards from that archetype let alone any of Albaz's fusions. The Dogmatikas I can easily return to with no issue but once that pack goes I have no means of getting the Despias normally aside from getting it along with the Swordsouls and PUNKs. While I can wait, there is no knowing when the Branded and the Despias will finally come in their own secret pack since I mean the True Dracos certainly still didn't and I am still reeling from the pain of wasting points on getting those. For personal reasons I want to create a Dogmatika Despia deck. Course I can try to get Anaconda Verde which is easy when I can just craft an SR to unlock Natural Selection. BTW, I refuse to get DPE until it's included with the Destiny HEROs pack.

13:22 it's good that WW stopped getting in the rankings. Thanks to the guaranteed activation of the trap, they dodged the "Droplet" and easily summoned the XYZ monster again on the next turn. Although I still don't understand why cards with permanent effects on the field are so weakly controlled. After all, just one copy is enough to completely break the enemy in two moves. This is a guaranteed win.

Orcust DPE is competitive combination. Now we just need another engine to make it good. I picked punk, and we have others option, such as scrap or sky striker

What a coincidence, I'm searching for foolish burial targets, namely cause Krawler Dendrite & Shaddoll fusion (Salad in progress), and it's pleasant to watch how good did you used Babel... The only drawback (For what I have in mind) is the dark lock of main deck Orcust monsters By any chance do you know of light targets to be sent to gy (Aside of Snow, Trick clown and Driver, the garnet)? Thanks, and while Punk half didn't shine much on this showcase, surely those Punks will have another chance, by how splashable they can be

best generic light target to send from deck to gy is probs wulf lightsworn: if sent from deck to gy, special summons itself. no other requirements or restrictions, basically just a free lv4 body.
