MD-UV390 10watt version with OpenGD77 firmware measurements

Flash the latest beta, you have an option to display the 10W scale for this radio (Options->Radio options->Mode: 10W). Also, the RXOnly popup is because "Rx Only" is turned on in the channel details.

@enthru from the 2024/05/11 beta, since it's not a Plus10W radio, which requires a special build. The other radio could be 5 or 10 W, but can't be detected, the operator needs to change the displayed scale when owning a 10W model.

@@danielvador Yeah, mine was 02/11. Flashed 05/11 now I'm able to choose 10watt, thanks again :)
