I'm Mahnoor Shawal , first year MBBS student at Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore. I took my NMDCAT last year and got 188 out of 200. I've started this channel to help, guide and motivate my juniors who are gonna appear in this mdcat .

Yes it's fine to prep from ptb only. But u can consult federal bio as well since it contains additional information.
