basically protoplasm both animals and plants mae present hota hae ,it is the mixture of (cytoplasm+ nucleus )and it is the living component for cells WHILE protoplast just plant mae present hota hae animals mae nai hota ... they are specifically a feature of plant cells and certain bacterial cells, whose cell wall has been removed. they are created artificially in plants by enzymatically removing the cell wall.

it is trace but as it is required by all living animals thats why it is a very important element in some books it is written as minor but it is trace
