I had the same problem with my XCD 125 2008. To solve this what I did is I connected another same stock rectifier parallel to the original, and driving my 4 fog lamps 2 usb and blinker with it.

Editing takes time. You can use a Dominar 400 rectifier which supports 3 phase AC input and would give better power output.

Sir I have the pulsar 135 LS bs3 model... Can you give me a solution to make my auto choke system into manual switch operated choke system.... because in cold start my bike rpm increase which is harmful for the engine..I hope you give some short of solution for this problem..😇

Change the carburetor and CDI to those that come installed in BS4 variant of Pulsar 135. You'll have to modify connector of the CDI as well because BS3 CDI has 8 cables while BS4 has only 6 cables.

Bilkul, kisi bhi tarhe ka modification illegal hai. Even wiring harness ko repair karna illegal hai, agar vehicle mein aag lag jaye toh insurance company claim nahi deti. Roadside mechanics se vehicle repair karana bhi warranty void kar deta hai vehicle ki. Bohot si technical aur legal complications hai jiske karan dikkat aati logo ko.

Check if the capacitor on the rectifier regulator is leaking. In case it is faulty, replace it and then try.

Aap 6000k lamps use na krke philips 3500k / osram 4200k lamp laga sakte h, better visibility rahega

Headlight mein maine Osram 6000k 50W LED use kare hai aur fog lights mein 4200K 50W waale, so I have got best of both the worlds because 6000k LED has a better light output and 4200k is better for rains and fog. I'll post a video on this as well.

Bhai pulsar 135 bs3 ka headlight system alag he keya? Mujhe iska headlight illumination jada laga bs4 ke mukable .kuch mahino se mera low beam utna bright nahi lag raha he but jab pass switch dabatu hu tab brightness thik lag raha he High beam me ,konsa part check karwana chahiye ?

Nahi, balki Pulsar 135 BS4 mein thodi heavy gauge ki winding hai BS3 ke mukaable kyonki company ne AHO diya tha ismein. Rectifier bhi dono variants mein same hai. Aapko light control unit check karna padega, uske karan hi headlight dim jalti hai ya blink karti hai randomly. Kuch samay pehle mere saath bhi yahi hua tha, light module ko replace karne ka baad issue theek ho gaya tha.

@@M-DIY Rectifier konsa use kare. maine pahele 22swg se 250 turn ke jagah 360 turn karke coil banai thi. but RR khrab ho gaya. muze amp badana hai aur new RR unit konsa use kare. company coil 22SWG hai. 22SWG ke jagah konsa Gauge use kare.plz help me

Number of turns badaoge toh voltage badh jayegi jisse rectifier jal jayega. Stock coil ke tarhe same number of turns rakhte hue 20 gauge ki wire se winding karo aur rectifier NS200 wala use karo jo video mein dikhaya hai.
